One Wales in crisis?

Martin Shipton has written a must read article in today's Western Mail, which should be read in conjunction with this blog post.

The Western Mail then quite rightly makes the following point in its editorial:

"In adopting their present stance, Welsh Labour MPs lay themselves open to accusations of breaking the spirit, if not the letter, of the One Wales deal. For the sake of the coalition, they should moderate their position and not seek to extend their remit into areas best left to AMs. Should they refuse to do so, they will be the guilty parties if the coalition falls apart."
