I've just seen this, Plaid seems to be launching a new campaign today, with this poster. I'll blog more when I have it. Very relevant given the revolt rising on Labour's backbenches over energy prices:

A sensible VAT break?
That'll be the day.
Brown's too buisy schmoozing with world leaders to worry about Wales
Pity the van broke down in the Bay this morning...a bit like Plaid's policies!
"Pity the van broke down in the Bay this morning...a bit like Plaid's policies!"
ho ho ho, it's jokes like that made me leave the labour party!
Left Neil or pushed???
"Left Neil or pushed???"
That's a very sad little comment - as if there's only one person to leave Welsh Labour, and that person is someone called Neil.
'fraid not - I'm one of the droves of others who left Labour because of the sleaze and the incompetence and the anti-Welshness of the party's dominant group.
If it's Neil McEvoy you're talking about then I am not he.
Anon with the jokes...
sniping remarks aside, do you think it's a good idea to scrap VAT on fuel and slap a windfall tax on these immoral greedy so and sos?
Do you understand the issue or do you slip into automatic mode and just slam everyone else regardless of a good idea or not?
At the end of the day Labour are failing to stand up for the people, we are being squeezed of our little money by the energy companies - forcing us to pay much too much for life's essentials - it's basically bullying. The Labour party stand and watch, do nothing exept offer the manager a peerage.
It's outrageous - what exactly are Labour going to do about the FACT that thousands will die this winter because they cant affoard to heat their house? WHAT WILL YOU DO ABOUT IT?
petty remarks about Plaid Cymru, who, whatever you may think of them, are at least offering a sensible answer to the foul problems in our society - they're putting people before party, people before politics and people before petty squabbling.
Grow up Labour and do something with your life and the power that's been put in your hands - do something for the people not yourselves.
disgruntled...
fair point; what are Labour doing about it? Seems like they're sending Brown in his jet around the world and plotting the date of the election. Not a care in the world for the vulnerable in our society.
I thought Labour was a socialist party...ok, at least left wing...ok, at least aknowledged the existance of poor people - what are they doing now?
I like the van - shows that Plaid are at least thinking of poeple - they may not be language nutters after all
I think most people know its going to be one of the harshest winters for many years; so is it going to take daily bulletins in Jan and Feb of elderly dying in their homes to trigger a reaction?
"I like the van - shows that Plaid are at least thinking of poeple - they may not be language nutters after all"
and Labour complain of being called anti-Welsh...
Shame on Plaid - thinking of other people, boo to them, why can't they tow the line with LabCon on the economy? Why do they have to raise concerns over poor people? Spoilsports - can't they keep their noses in the trough and mouths munching instead like us good old Labour boyos.
Vote Labour young man, there's a good lad
