Welsh Ramblings Political Awards - not fixed

on Monday, 8 December 2008

I've decided to run my very own political awards following Ordovicius's departure. These awards will not fixed to ensure all four political parties win something like ITV Wales's Political Awards show.

By the way, for all those of you who don't want to bother watching the ITV political awards which are due to be announced tomorrow, I fully expect the panel of judges to award politician of the year award to Paul Murphy. It's a bizarre decision that will disappoint and surprise even Labour party supporters, after all, he has only been the Secretary of State since January and has been responsible for little, apart from delaying the Welsh Government's legislative programme. I look forward to seeing what nonsense they make up to justify that award.

If you want to nominate for some genuinely impartial awards, then email me at Welshramblings@gmail.com with your nominations for the following categories:

(i) Politician of the Year

(ii) Campaigner of the Year

(iii) Best Dressed Politician of the Year

(iv) Worst Dressed Politician of the Year

(iv) Best orator of the year

(v) Worst orator of the year

(vi) Most improved politician of the year

(vii) Best Politician's Blog

(viii) Most improved politician's blog

If anyone can think of any better/other categories, then comment on this post.
