Nick Bourne's rather limited world view came into sharp focus when he revealed the Tories' reasoning for scrapping free prescriptions. Apparently it's "no longer acceptable for millionaires to be picking up Vaseline and cough medicine for free".
The world lies easier now we know that, under the Tories, Wales's millionaires are coughing up (sorry) for their lube rather than patiently queuing in doctors' surgeries for a script.
But will the Tories extend the logic of their argument to scrap child allowances and other universal benefits for the rich?
